RESERVATIONS: IMPORTANT INFORMATION

o PRICE - Prices are for one week, maximum two people
o ARRIVAL - Saturday at 4:00pm
o DEPARTURE - Saturday by 10:00am
o TERMS AND CONDITIONS - Refer to the Booking Form
o PAYMENT - Bank transfer only
o SECURITY DEPOSIT - €.200,00
o LINGERIE - Freshly laundered bed linens and towels are provided weekly
o HEATING - Actual consumption will be calculated and charged accordingly
o CLEANING - included in the price.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BOOKING

1) - Fill out and email as directed, the Booking Page found under the "Contacts & Booking Request" tab. Upon confirmation that the dates you requested are available, a reservation form will be emailed to you with instructions for submitting payment of the deposit required via bank transfer. When we have received the booking form and confirmation that the bank transfer has taken place, a reservation form outlining all of the arrangements for the remaining payment will be sent to you via email
2) - The contract holder is the person who makes the booking and to whom all correspondence and documents are sent. The holder of the contract, by affixing his/her signature, accepts all conditions as outlined below and acknowledges a full understanding of them.
3) - The contract holder must possess the necessary documentation for his/her self and all occupants while in Italy.
4) - The apartment will be reserved exclusively for the person named on the Booking Form. The number of people staying at the apartment may not exceed the amount specified in the Booking Form.
5) - Upon arrival, any damages, breakage or any malfunction noted in the apartment, must be reported immediately to the owner. Otherwise, the condition is deemed acceptable.
6) - The apartment must be tidied up by the occupants prior to departure so it can be easily prepared by future tenants. Towels should be left in the bathroom and bed linens left on the bed.
7) - The contract holder is responsible for any damages or breakages caused to the apartment and the objects in it during the entire stay. Repair of such damages will be charged to the contract holder and deducted from the deposit.

8) - The contract holder is responsible for the behavior of of all of the occupants. If the behavior of any person is deemed inacceptable, the owner has the right to ask for immediate departure of the occupants. In this case, the contract holder will NOT be entitled to a refund.
9) - The owner of the apartment is not responsible for any accident, loss or damage suffered by the contract holder or other occupants during their stay in the apartment.
10) - The use of swimming pool, tennis court and all the facilities are included in the price of the apartment rental. The owner of the apartment is not responsible for unavoidable events that may prevent the use of those facilities nor is subject to a claim of any reimbursement from the owner as compensation.
11) - The use of swimming pool, tennis court and all the facilities of Borgo Montebuoni is entirely at the risk of the holder. Children must be subject to regular monitoring and constant vigilance by an adult. It must be noted that there are no lifeguards at the pool. For safe use of swimming pool and tennis court, the contract holder is advised to observe the rules of conduct laid down.
12) - If for any reason beyond the control of the owners (for example, fire or water damage or other damage resulting from unavoidable circumstances) the apartment is not available at the time of booking, the sum paid in advance by the contract holder will be refunded in full. The contract holder is not entitled to any other sums by the owner.
13) - This contract is governed by Italian law. The jurisdiction of Siena is responsible for handling any disputes regarding this conctract.
